Hemani Chamomile Oil is pure chamomile essential oil, extracted from the flowers of the chamomile plant, has a light, fruity scent and provides calming, sedative, anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine properties.
- It is most popular for its ability to promote sleep and relaxation when used aromatically, and it is effective during times of stress, shock, grief and anger.
- It can also be used to calm teething babies and manage tantrums. Chamomile oil is a soothing oil that can penetrate into the layers of the skin to combat inflammatory proteins.
- It should be kept in your bathroom cabinet and used topically in the case of allergic skin reactions, skin irritations, eczema, dermatitis and insect bites.
- Add 5 drops of chamomile oil to a diffuser, or dilute 2-3 drops in a carrier oil and apply it to your temples, feet and back of the neck.
- You can sprinkle 2-3 drops on your pillow at night to promote restful sleep, or add 10 drops to a warm bath to sooth muscles and calm the mind.
- Mix 2-3 drops of chamomile oil with a carrier oil and apply it to your face and body to treat skin issues, or massage it into the abdomen to improve digestive symptoms.
- Chamomile essential oil blends well with lavender, geranium, bergamot, ylang-ylang and sage oil.
